New TVG Design Draft

In case you happen to read these sporadic blog posts, we wanted to fill you in on the new site design draft for www.thevisiblegroup.net. We have been working on this design for a few weeks now & have found that it is sometimes difficult to be really simple. We would love to know your thoughts about our new design!!!
